A great resource from KONIGI.
I've been using this at work for a while now and it really helps workflow. As a good wireframe should be, it's design agnostic and really helps clients to see where content appears on their website and how to prioritise their workflow in terms of returning visual assets and copy.
You'll need Omnigraffle first, but it's worth it.
